Twisty temperament piece is well created by first time director Paxton, however tough to digest, especially for a parent. Chitty Chitty Bang Bang: A kids lyrical in regards to a flying automobile is one ludicrous journey, with entirely forgettable score and some of the shoddiest visual effects ever.
