* Keep temp somewhere near 165 to 185 until wax is fully melted.
* Allow the wax to cool until it is almost firm.
* Place water balloon into the wax, pull it out quickly, and let the layer of wax cool and set.
* Dip the balloon and cool the wax repeatedly until you have approximately 1 cm thick of wax surrounding the balloon.
* Burst the balloon and remove from center of the candle.
* Slowly pour warm wax inside your balloon candle shell and roll the shell continuously to fill up the interior.
* Position the wick in the center before pouring the final warm wax to allow the wax to surround the wick.
* Wait for the wax to cool to support wick before you release it.
