The first step is to gather all of your ingredients and supplies. You will need a bowl for mixing, storage containers for the completed makeup, measuring spoons, corn syrup, and food coloring.
Add two tablespoons of water, 3 drops of blue food coloring, ten drops of yellow food coloring, and seventy drops of red food coloring. Mix these ingredients together.
Once the colors are well blended with the water, you will want to add in five tablespoons of the corn syrup or until you have reached the desired consistency. This might mean a little more corn syrup.
